These terms explain the expected use of InviteBaa for event hosts, collaborators, guests, payments, invitations, RSVPs, QR passes, and check-in.
InviteBaa helps hosts create event workspaces, manage guest records, prepare invitations, collect RSVPs, issue eligible QR guest passes, and run check-in. You are responsible for the event information, guest data, and content you enter.
You must use accurate account information, keep your password secure, and only access event workspaces where you have permission. InviteBaa may limit or disable access when required for security, abuse prevention, moderation, or operational safety.
Hosts and collaborators must only upload guest information they are allowed to use for event-related invitations, RSVP handling, communications, QR passes, and check-in. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or unrelated personal data.
Guest Capacity purchases are reviewed through the manual payment workflow. Draft events are not fully activated for production invitation sending until payment approval is completed. Additional Guest Capacity may be purchased later where supported.
SMS invitations, email invitations, reminders, event updates, and manual share options must be used only for legitimate event communication. WhatsApp and Viber options are manual share helpers and do not represent automated platform delivery.
InviteBaa may change features, pricing, safety rules, and operational policies as the platform improves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
